What a lovely and humble man. A very moving speech and I love that even this guy is using queue cards in such a wonderful speech.

Yes, the cue cards don't really hamper this type of speech for me. I like that he acknowledges the opportunity to learn. Be creative. And crucially, that a 'good teacher' can make all the difference, which I agree with 100%. Sadly bad ones can too, but that is not the focus of this moving speech of course! Thanks for your comments.
