Body cameras 'changing NHS behaviour'

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-43725809

Above is a link to a story I was reading this morning, might be worth some comment.

There are some interesting adjoining links to other stories linking the theme of the article within too.

All the best,

  1. I like the idea that there are cameras around as it is an environment where blame can be heavy on the staff but infact it may not have been the staff. I like watching these programmes where the employee is wearing body cam to do the very thing this report suggests, to protect the staff because when you watch these programmes the general public to kick off but then realise they are being recorded.
I did read on about the 25% increase in Mental Health Staff being attacked, interestingly this is only in England? but Scotland and Wales have noticed little or no change. They have put this down to a lack of staff which is interesting as I do believe and it is reported that the NHS need more Mental Health staff.
